To support the EHS policy, Transware will:
- Accord high priority to environmental protection, occupational health and safety practices and accept these practices as an integral part of its operations
- Contribute to the prevention of air, water and land pollution by reducing, reusing and recycling wastes
- Conserve energy and other natural resources
- Introduce suitable preventive and control measures for hazards in the workplace and in the environment
- Introduce suitable preventive and control measures to prevent injuries and ill health and continue to improve the OH&S management and OH&S performance
- Comply with relevant all applicable legislation, statutory and other requirements and make adequate provision of resources to meet these requirements
- Encourage and make known to everyone in the organisation to take responsibility for environmental protection as well as health and safety practices in the workplace
- Establish, maintain, review and achieve our EHS objectives and targets
- Formulate and review periodically to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to TDS and to gain effective support of the EHS Management System
- Communicate and make available all the EHS Policy to all employees, visitors and suppliers working on behalf of TDS
